We have a well laid production facility that backs us in efficient manufacturing. Following of proven methods a enables us to delivering superior quality of pipes and tubes. Our production process involves melting of raw material in induction furnace and then magnesium treatment is given to the material in converter / ladle. After magnesium treatment, we remove slag before casting and heat it. The final stage of manufacturing process includes annealing surface, zinc coating, galvanization etc. Then, cleaning of socket ends is done through fettling and lastly, ready material is sent for hydrostatic pressure testing to ensure that pipes are leak proof.
